Scram 411, the new product from Royal Enfield and the rival of yezdi scrambler is based on the roots of Himalayan. It borrows the same engine from royal Enfield Himalayan which produces 24.3Bhp and 32Nm of torque.
As the Himalayan design is more focused on a hardcore adventure bike, it looks less serious in terms of design which you can use for daily commute and weekend getaways.
The scram 411 gets a 19-inch front wheel and 17 inch rear wheels as compared with the 21-inch front and 17 inch rear of the Himalayan.
If we talk about features the scram gets a halogen headlight with a clear headlight glass, bulb indicators, and a LED taillight. The exhaust is the same as of Himalayan. Scram 411 is 14Kg lighter than the Himalayan which makes it more fun to ride in the city.
The big bulky side frame for the jerrycan holder that is available on the Himalayan is replaced with the tank shrouds in the scram. Ground clearance of the scram 411 is 200mm which is 20mm less than the Himalayan.
Royal Enfield scram 411 seat height is 795mm. So it is very for small-height riders to ride this bike. The single-piece seat on the scram looks and feels nice and comfortable. If we talk about quality, fit and finish, it is the same as of the Himalayan.
The scram doesn’t get the tachometer that is available in the Royal Enfield Himalayan.
The scram produces 32Nm of torque at 4250 rpm whereas the Himalayan produces the same amount of torque at 4500rpm.
It also features a single-pod instrument cluster with a speedometer, odometer, tachometer, trip meter, fuel level indicator. The navigation pod like the Himalayan is an optional accessory that you can opt for at the time of purchasing the bike

The rider cannot disable the rear ABS as there is no option present on the instrument cluster.
