The new Hayabusa will receive major upgrades over previous generations. Suzuki also retained the original design silhouette of the previous generation Hayabusas, while giving the new-gen model an aggressive look. The new-generation model also features full-LED lighting for its headlamp, turn signals, and tail lamp, which gives it a more modern appeal.

The handling of the 2021 ‘Busa was also improved with a new frame. This not only reduces the weight but also offers a 50/50 weight distribution. The Suzuki Hayabusa’s 1340cc inline-four motor is used underneath. This version has been slightly modified. The engine now produces 188 bhp at 9,700 rpm, compared to its predecessor of 194 bhp. The torque is now 150Nm (from 155Nm) but it runs at 7,000rpm earlier. Standard equipment now includes a 2-way quick-shifter.
